Step-by-step walkthrough

Share listings with families that would like to enroll to your center or for a new program offering.

There are three ways to share your listing:

  • Link

  • QR Code

  • Email invitation

After creating an enrollment listing, Administrators can share the link directly with families who wish to apply. To access the link, log in to the Admin Dashboard. Click "Enrollment" on the left hand side. Find the listing you wish to share and then click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the listing and then click "Share".

From here you have the option to click "Copy link" which copies it to the clipboard or click "QR code" which will open a new tab with a QR code to be printed. Please note that unlike the QR code for check-in/out, this should be scanned with the phone's camera app. You can additionally click the "Email invitation" option to send the listing via email to one or multiple prospective applicants.
